I'd like it if we added two social features

1. visitors can suggest topics and keywords - but the admins add them. visitors may want to see all the microsoft blogs sliced and diced in new and interesting ways that the admin didn't expect.

2. visitors can add web feeds to the list to collect. For example it's very likely a visitor to thespot4oracle.com might like the single oracle blog website, but they might notice that all the blogs they like are not in the list. They should be able to add them. Admin option to require approval - switched off by default, so that the feeds go right in and are fetched on the next update.

Maybe use a show/hide "Feedback" submission design like wordpress has?

No. It has nothing to do with Wordpress.

reBlogger is a website-based aggregator. Take a look at the website

So, I'm confused. Is reblogger something that is now available for Word Press?
